Duplex – Modernisation of Two Lifts in High-rise Buildings

Originally two lifts, the smaller one (TOV 320) for 250-320 kg, the bigger one (TOV 500) for up to 500 kg.

New lifts – bigger versions for up to 800 kg.

completely changed all the parts
increased load bearing capacity to 800 kg (TOV 320)
increased load bearing capacity to 800 kg (TOV 500)
both lift cabins are the same size
both lifts are connected to the DUPLEX control system
automatic lift cabin and shaft door
engine, engine room and load bearing base are soundproof
shaft and engine room wiring, lift switchboard and master switch
buttons, controls and signalling – the lift cabin and on each floor
brick or concrete lift shaft

After the modernisation and reconstruction, all the operational and safety risk were removed according to ČSN 27 4007, tables A.1, A.2 and A.3
